1. AI-assisted Services
ALTE Services may use machine learning, generative AI, classification, search, summarisation, extraction and other automated methods. Outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable for a particular purpose.
2. Human review
Customer is responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on them for material business, legal, financial, medical, compliance, employment or other consequential decisions. Customer must maintain appropriate human oversight and escalation.
3. Customer configuration and knowledge base
Many ALTE products are configured using Customer instructions, scripts, policies, product data and knowledge bases. Customer is responsible for the accuracy, legality and currency of those materials and for approving the rules that drive automated behaviour.
4. No guaranteed business outcomes
ALTE does not guarantee revenue, conversion rates, search rankings, reply rates, email deliverability, qualified lead volume, appointment rates, cost savings, regulatory approvals or any other commercial result unless a signed Order expressly states a measurable service commitment.
5. Email Outreach
AI-personalised messages are drafts or automated communications generated from available context. Customer is responsible for sender identity, target selection, message approval rules, legal compliance, opt-outs and domain/mailbox configuration. Deliverability is affected by third-party mail providers and recipient systems.
6. AI Lead Generation
Public-source and enriched records may contain errors, duplicates, outdated information or incomplete fields. Customer must verify data where accuracy is material and must use it only for lawful purposes.
7. AI Lead Qualification
Qualification scores and recommendations depend on Customer-defined criteria. They support sales routing and do not guarantee that a person will purchase or that a lead is financially, legally or otherwise suitable.
8. AI SEO Content Engine
Generated drafts require editorial review. ALTE does not guarantee search-engine ranking, indexing, traffic or compliance with every third-party publishing platform. Customer is responsible for factual, legal, brand and specialist review before publication.
9. Personal AI Business Assistant
Summaries, reminders, extracted tasks and answers may omit or misinterpret context. The Assistant should not be the sole record of legal commitments, financial instructions, HR decisions or other high-consequence obligations unless Customer independently verifies the source material.
10. Healthcare-specific use
Unless separately approved under a regulated implementation, ALTE healthcare functionality is for administrative support, information routing and workflow assistance. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and must not replace qualified medical professionals.
11. KYC / financial compliance
ALTE may assist with document collection, structuring, completeness pre-checks, case summaries, routing and integration with verification providers. ALTE does not replace legally required customer due diligence, sanctions screening, professional compliance judgement or final approval by authorised personnel.
12. Third-party AI and data providers
Certain AI functions may depend on third-party model, cloud or data providers. Their availability, model behaviour and policies may change. ALTE will use reasonable efforts to maintain supported functionality but cannot guarantee third-party continuity.
13. Feedback and improvement
ALTE may use de-identified or aggregated service telemetry to improve reliability, security and product experience. Customer Data will not be used to train a general-purpose model for unrelated customers unless the applicable contract and privacy terms expressly permit it.
14. High-impact decisions
Customer must not use ALTE to make fully automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on individuals where applicable law requires human review, notice, consent, explanation or another safeguard.
