1. What this list is
This is the subprocessor list referred to in clause 7 of the Data Processing Addendum and in clause 8 of the Privacy Policy. It names every provider ALTE uses to run its products and this website, what ALTE sends to each one, why, and where the provider processes it.
“Not confirmed” in the last column means ALTE has not verified where that provider processes. It is not a statement that the provider processes in any particular place.
This list does not name the legal entity of each provider. Those entities are not confirmed, and ALTE does not print what it has not confirmed.
2. Providers used across the products

3. Providers used by ALTE Lead Generation
These providers answer searches. They receive the words being searched and the area being searched, and no personal data.

5. Systems the customer connects
The mailbox used by ALTE Email Outreach is chosen by the customer and connected with the customer’s own account or credentials. The providers behind it are the customer’s own suppliers: ALTE does not contract with them. They are listed here because customer data reaches them.
- The customer’s own mailbox — Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or the customer’s own mail server. Outreach is sent from it. A mailbox connected through Microsoft is also read, in order to identify replies from the companies in the customer’s own list in ALTE and the delivery failures returned by mail servers; a mailbox connected through Google, and a mailbox connected over SMTP, is used for sending only.
6. Keeping this list current
ALTE keeps this list current and updates this page when a provider is added, removed or replaced. The Data Processing Addendum requires ALTE to maintain the list and to provide it on request. Questions about any provider named here may be sent to info@alteglobal.ai.
